Claudia Cappuccitti


Claudia practices in Dyer Brown’s Insurance Claims Defence group in Toronto. She vigorously advocates for her clients’ interests in tort matters involving motor vehicle accidents. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has experience handling Small Claims cases. Prior to joining Dyer Brown, Claudia practiced at a full-service regional firm.

Claudia graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A. (Hons.) and an M.A. in art history. She received her LL.B. from Queen Mary, University of London in 2012. During law school, Claudia was active in the community; she served as an executive member of two student groups and volunteered at legal clinics. Upon returning to Toronto, she continued to be committed to pro bono work, volunteering at human rights and non-profit organizations.  Claudia was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2016.

Claudia is a member of the Young Advocates Standing Committee for 2018-2020 and is serving her third term on the Ontario Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Section Executive. She is a member of The Advocates’ Society and the Ontario Bar Association.
