Casey attended King’s University College at the University of Western Ontario, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from the University of Birmingham (UK) and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
Prior to joining Dyer Brown, Casey practiced in Toronto and in the Bay of Quinte region. Casey maintains a solicitor practice, focusing primarily on real estate, agricultural/corporate/commercial, and estate matters. He specializes in complex title rectification and appears in the Superior Court of Justice on vesting orders, the discharge of historic mortgages, and adverse possession claims both for his own clients and on an agency basis for his solicitor colleagues.
