Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree from Queen’s University, where she majored in Sociology. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and was called to the Bar in 2018.

Ashley is an associate practicing in the firm’s solicitor practice, focusing on corporate commercial transactions including corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, asset and share purchases, partnership agreements, corporate structures, professional corporations and commercial leasing.

Ashley also practices in the area of wills and estates, including estate planning, and estate administration. As part of her wills and estates practice, Ashley frequently drafts wills, powers of attorney, trust agreements and related documents.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys attending sporting events in Detroit and spending time with friends and family.
